Step Four, Beat Eggs

Before heating the pudding mixture put the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Being of Scotland origin note we are using my hand beater we bought from Goodwill Industries for 5 cents. Actually Paul does the cooking but he also does the photography so Bernice gets in all the posed pictures. She does get the job of cleaning up and testing. Set aside nearby to use after boiling the mixture. Also measure sugar and have ready for use at the right time. You can see the sugar ready in the background.
