Step Eleven, Test Pudding

Bernice insists on testing the pudding right away. She says that it is foolish to put it into the refrigerator until you know it is good. She always volunteers to do this job. But we always get a second opinion from Paul as well. Can't be too careful, can you? It is delicious warm. We put the remainder in a bowl in the refrigerator. We will warm it up if desired in the microwave when we eat it later.
