13. Pudding Getting Thick

Be patient and soon the pudding will begin to get thick. Pudding will thicken enough to coat the back of your spoon. As soon it thickens and small bubbles appear continue to stir and cook for 60 seconds. Bernice watches the second hand on my watch and lets me know when the minute is up.
