13. Measure Soft Shortening

We fill a 1 cup measuring cup with 3/4 cup of cold water. We begin to add spoonfuls of soft shortening to measuring cup with the water to bring the water up the 1 cup level . That will give us a 1/4 cup of soft shortening.
