18. Put Dough on Board

We pry the ball of dough from the bowl it sat and placed it on the lightly flour dusted marble slab. We again lightly dust flour on top of the dough ball. Using our marble roller we roll out the dough rotating the direction until it reaches a circle that lies within the boundaries of the slab.
