19. Roll out and Cut

We now have rolled out the dough into a maximum circle. We need to have 24 relative even pieces of dough to put into our oiled pan. We did this by using an ordinary kitchen knife to cut the circle in half. The we cut each of those halves into half giving us 4 even pieces. We then cut each of those four pieces in half giving us 8 pieces.
