Beat the Eggs

Next we beat the eggs until quite frothy. Note our old hand mixer. Bernice and I bought this some 50 years ago. Being somewhat poor in those early days we bought this mixer at Goodwill Industries for 5 cents. Paul had to make a wooden handle for it. It is like an old faithful friend. Of course, you just might use your power mixer. But we like our old friend.
