20. Flour Board, Hands

We put some four in our flour sifter. Tapping it lightly we use it to dust our board with flour. You need to dust well so the dough does not stick to the board. Also do the same and dust your hands with flour. Using your flour dusted hands form the dough into a ball. Place the ball on the dusted board. Our board is a marble slab our son gave Paul one year on his birthday.
