Step Nine, Pie Tin Selection

This shows the pie tins we use. Nine-inch tins work best because most premix crusts are for 9-inch pies. Pyrex will work fine. The satiny aluminum tins are recommended. Shiny metal does not bake the under crust as well because it deflects the heat.
