A little Tabasco

We put a few drops of Tabasco. We prefer the red old-fashioned Tabasco, but certainly you can use your own favorite. We don't want so much as to make the eggs spicy hot but we think that a little adds greatly to the flavor. We added perhaps 5-6 drops.
