Fill up the Egg Whites

After mixing up the yolks and the added items well, we proceed to fill the whites. Using a spoon and her finger Bernice fills up the waiting egg whites. We have this neat plastic holder just made for the whites. It comes with a cover as well. Lastly we sprinkle some paprika on top of each egg. Put them in the refrigerator to cool. That will not only chill them, they are better chilled, but allows the flavors to fully enhance the eggs.
