Chop up The Bacon

We had fried the bacon previously. We used thick bacon. While Paul watches the potato-onion pot heating up. Bernice uses our Chinese meat cleaver to chop up the bacon. You don't want it too small but not in big pieces either. It is getting close to the size now.
