This aerial photo shows Royaldel Farms as it was in 1976. A is the new house the Chases were living in. B is the nut harvesting complex. C is the house, barns and machine shed Rodney uses. At D are the cow barns for the cattle. Little did we know at that time Mr. Chase would die and Mrs. Chase would move to a retirement home and in 1980 we would buy the Chase home and live there in a move from California.
