Here we have a photo of Ron Yi and his wife Shu Yi. This photo, gratefully provided by Ron when we visited them in July 2014. Ron had heard about us teaching in Chengdu and got himself enrolled in the school paying the costs himself. He was not part of the academy. He turned out to be one of our best students and dedicated a great amount of time and effort to his studies. He spent a great deal of time at our evening sessions where we made ourselves available to any who wished to practice their English. We knew then this man was going to go places in the world.
