The Will to Survive - Scene 13 A Rather Incongruous Image
Some first thoughts that I had when I first saw this image: 1. A rifle range at
an Army base 2. A war battle scene. Either way the image gets then changed by
the juxtaposition of a beautiful flower using a rifle shell casing for its
home. Then is it coincidence that this shell is propped up on another shell
casing. A more likely scenario might be that because its leaning, this allowed
enough dust to accumulate in the shell along with a blown seed to make all of
this possible.
