13. Looking Northwest

In 2011 all concrete has been replaced with a wooden deck and steps. A curb has been constructed between the driveway and planting area. The windows in the alcove and adjacent have been replaced. The planting area has been terraced with Windsor stones and landscaped. Trees have been planted. The roof has not been replaced yet but soon will be. Planter boxes have been built and planted. Automatic sprinkler systems have been installed.
