Paul's Shop - 12

One big selling point for buying this house is the big shop for Paul to make things in. It is 40 by 40 feet with a 10-foot ceiling. It is fully insulated and sheet rocked with very good lighting. It has heating and a sink with hot water. It is a refuge and a joy for Paul. It has a concrete floor with carpet. It is protected with an alarm system connected to the police.
