Nolls Oregon Home Water Storage Tanks - 14 In 2006 we installed two 2,500 gallon water storage tanks. This gives us an additional 5,000 gallons of water storage to do more irrigation during the summer months. The two tanks have been linked together and then a pipe line into the cistern with a float valve to put the water into the cistern. This now give us storage for 6,500 gallons of water. Bernice and I leveled a 16 by 8 foot area for the tanks to sit on using some stones to make the pad level. Bernice stands in front to give you an idea how big the tanks are. The two tanks sit next to the cistern housing. A big Oregon Maple shades the tanks so the water keeps cool. ⇦ Back to Page 13 On to Page 15 ⇨Hi-Res Pic (264) Return to Noll Home Scenes - Page 2 |
