Splicing Input Pipe

Shop Water Project

1. Splicing Input Pipe

Near our shop behind the outdoor bathroom lies a junction box for the distribution of water for the shop, bathroom and the RV building. A leak had appeared and we needed to repair that. We decided we should upgrade the plumbing and do it correctly. The job was complicated in that the pipes were over 2 feet below ground. We started by splicing the pipe just before the underground box. So we dug down and did that. That gave us a longer pipe at the entrance to the box itself. We had to dig down through lots of rock to get there.
