Chet Leland Noll's Seventh Birthday

Chet is 47.75-inches high this year. He has grown 2 1/2 inches in the last year. Chet had a remarkable motor coordination for a young boy. He was remarkably dexterous at his age. He also had shown a high degree of artistic talent. All his life he was able to create some delightful artistic creations. He did art creations every year and he still does. He entered the Hayward art festival each year that is open to all artist not just kids.
