Chet Leland Noll's Fourteenth Birthday

In recognition of his new responsibilities with his lessons and school he gets an electric clock radio for his birthday. Chet always got himself up in the mornings and practiced each morning before school. It was a joy to be awakened by the sound of music each morning. This was a pleasure we enjoyed for many years until he went off to college. He chose Whitworth college in Spokane, Washington, because of their excellent music program. Landon admired his brother's clock.
