2. Cut Pieces

The materials have been bought and brought home. Using a template shown in the next step we begin to cut out the top pieces. We mark all pieces on the plywood sheet before we begin to cut any to ensure that they can be cut out the 4 by 8 foot plywood sheet. The top consisted of a 3/4 inch plywood and a 5/8 MFD (composite Wood). We cut each out individually using the pattern that had been made before we started. We used a sabre saw to cut out the pieces with the plywood set up on blocks. Attention has to be made to assure the right side is up or down before you cut. The remainder pieces will be stored for other projects in the future.
