6. Bernice Starts Sanding

Sanding becomes one of Bernice's jobs after Paul assembles the pieces. Paul will use a power sander to get the rough sanding done then Bernice will do the fine sanding using very fine sand paper. After she sands to her satisfaction Paul will put the first coat of semigloss verathane and then fill the nail and screw holes. After that he will sand the filled holes with a palm sander and Bernice will fine sand again. The last will be with 0000 steel wool.
