Alder Dune Campground 2. Campground Layout This campground was built in the late 1960s by the Angel Job Corps. At that time the corps was primarily a forestry-oriented program. The corpsmen came from the East Coast to gain skills and live in different environment. Alder Dune features 39 sites, including 2 pull through tent sites. Shaded sites offer privacy with some lake views. There is a host on site and drinking water faucets in the campground.
