Wildflowers Found in Oregon Farewell-to-spring Clarkia amoena - Common, late spring-early summer, annual, 6-24 in. Stem erect to decumbent, branched or unbranched. Leaves alternate, limnear, 1-3 in. long, entire. Buds held erect. Flowers cup-shaped, pale pink to deep wine red, petals round to fan-shaped, often with red spot in center.
