Wildflowers Found in Oregon Rusty Popcorn Flower Plagiobothrys nothofulvus - Common, early spring, annual, 8-16in. Rosette and many erect stems. Stems and leaves have rusty sticky hairs; sap purple. Leaves linear, basal, crowded, 1-4 in. long; stem leaves few, alternate. Flowers 1/4 in. across, white with tiny yellow throat, very tightly coiled at top.
