6. Buddha Light

The students claim we are very lucky to see the Buddha Light on our first trip to the mountain. It was an interesting sight. Your shadow is silhouetted against the clouds and a rainbow halos your shadow. It was a wonderful excursion. If you ever have a chance to go to Emei Shan take it. We were both very tired to make to entire walk. Even if Bernice rode in a sedan chair the last few miles. The students were very good companions and spent the entire time talking in English.
