After we had been on the hill for some time the engineers arrived to make a road up to the top of Hill 1157. They showed up with some bulldozers and after a few days of looking they began. They carved out a road that was one to behold. It had a few blind turns where they started to go and then changed courses. They lost one bulldozer in the effort and two men were killed. They are a part of those who gave their lives for their country.
