3. Preheat Oven

Preheat you oven to 350 degrees (F) to bake your potatoes. Some suggest you oil the skins before baking. We didn't but will try that the next time. It will take at least 90 minutes to bake potatoes this big. Suggest you do not use a microwave. Two reasons, first, it would take too long for 4 big potatoes. Secondly, it may destroy some nutrients in the potato.
