Process the Nectar

The apricot nectar should be processed in a water bath or a steam canner. We now use a steam canner. Both work well. Pints need 20 minutes and quarts need 25 minutes. Timing for the water bath starts when the water boils. Timing for the steam canner starts when the vents on each side of the canner emit strong jets of steam.
