Set Jars out to Cool

When the proper process timing has been completed remove the jars using a jar lifter onto some newspapers or a towel to cool. We use newspapers with paper towels underneath. The paper towels prevent the newsprint from staining our counter top. Do not adjust the rings at this stage.
