20. Spread Topping

We poured the cooled topping mixture onto the dough rectangle. Using the flat of a kitchen knife we spread out the topping evenly. You want to go near the narrow edges but leave space on the long edges. If you look closely at the top you can see where I marked each of the 2 inch strips to be cut.
