Making Crisp Cornmeal Scones 17. Forming Ball Using our floured hand we congealed the wet ball into a solid lump. Kneading it just enough to form a solid wet ball. Using the ball we pressed it in the bowl to pick up all the ingredients 1n the bowl. When it was formed we lightly dusted our marble board and placed the lump there. Lightly flattening it we dusted the top of the ball.
