Step Seven, Rolling Out to Size

Next you want to roll the dough out to the size of the pan. Again roll out from the center but remember to dust lightly from time to time to prevent your rolling pin from sticking and picking up the dough. Use a pie pan tin to check the size needed to cover the pan. The bottom crust needs to be slightly larger than the top crust. Remember to roll out from the center to the edges keeping the best round shape you can.
