10. Mark and Vera Noll

My big brother Mark is here with his wife Vera and youngest son Mark. Mark, the son grew up to be a fine gentleman. He went to the Coast Guard Academy and became a good officer. He retired from the Coast Guard and now works for Boeing Company in Seattle. My brother Mark spent 20 years in the Air Force. I was always proud of him and he protected me when I was a small boy. Once he convinced me and JC to take a short cut across a field. We were both bare footed and Mark had shoes. The field was covered with thorns and he had to carry both of us out of the field. Thorns covered the bottom of our feet. I have been leery of shortcuts ever since.
