21. Paul Noll's Second Grade Class

This was taken in Arlington, California in 1938. I am in the Second Grade at Liberty Elementary School in Arlington. My teacher is Miss Reaper. I remember her as a kind lady and always friendly. I did well in all subjects except handwriting and music. Today I print rather than write and according to my son still can't sing. The choir director at the church once asked me not to try out for the choir. I was not offended. Where am I? I am seated two places left of the teacher. I always seemed to be seated near the teacher. Maybe she wanted to keep an eye on me. Robert Carley sits next to me. We were good buddies.
